This 505 DW-XP processor able to wash plates in batch or incremetal mode is a very unique equipment for very high performances in terms of quality and productivity.
the possibilty to wash in both batch or incremetal mode allows to take advantages of both operation modes, simply by operator choice.
The machine is equipped with the pre-wash "DW" system, that allows to remove and separate the black mask layer.
This processor has also be designed for low maintenance and ease of use. Washout brushes can be removed in few seconds, without any tool. Brushes are gear driven, solvent saturation is automatically controlled and regulated.
All operations are made via color touch screen, software includes maintenance program.
