MAVERICK INLINE
Maverick – the next generation of ceramic inkjet decoration for floor and wall tile glazing lines. The printer is designed to integrate in glazing lines with maximum reliability, achieving the whole color span from simple travertine effects to vivid and saturated colors. Existing rotary jobs are efficiently reproduced as well as new designs with higher detail and color variation.
The printer enjoys all the inherent benefits and cost savings of inkjet printing: minimal set-up time, short production runs, non-contact printing up to the edge and stock reduction due to lower production volume. Latest color management software and techniques allow fast time to market with new designs. Ink wastage is cut by the use of CMYK ink, solving many of the tonality problems on current glazing lines.
